Provider payment account

The provider owns its connected payment account and completes onboarding through Stripe according to the provider's eligibility requirements. Passenger payments are processed through the provider's eligible connected account; UbiLimo manages the payment-request workflow.

Payment-method eligibility

Cards are supported in published eligible UbiLimo payment flows. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where eligible. GrabPay has planned availability. Alipay and WeChat Pay are Coming Soon. Payment-method availability varies by market, provider account, device, transaction and payment-provider eligibility. Check the Payments and Availability pages for the current published scope.

Fees

UbiLimo charges a market-specific platform fee on successful payments. The applicable fee is published for each available market. Payment-provider processing fees apply separately.

Payment-provider processing fees are separate from the UbiLimo platform fee and remain subject to the applicable payment provider, payment method, market and transaction.

No guaranteed approval

UbiLimo does not guarantee payment-account onboarding, payment-method eligibility or the success of every transaction.
