UbiLimo charges a market-specific platform fee on successful payments. The applicable fee is published for each available market. Payment-provider processing fees apply separately.

UbiLimo charges SGD 1 per successful payment. Payment-provider processing fees apply separately.

Three amounts remain separate

Agreed chauffeur fare: the transport-service amount agreed directly between provider and passenger.
UbiLimo platform fee: the applicable market-specific fee charged to the provider on successful payment.
Payment-provider processing fee: the applicable processing cost charged under the payment provider's terms.

Payment-provider processing fees are separate from the UbiLimo platform fee and remain subject to the applicable payment provider, payment method, market and transaction.

What counts as successful

The UbiLimo platform fee applies when a payment is successfully completed through an eligible supported payment flow.

What this page does not promise

Published pricing does not guarantee payment-account approval, provider onboarding or payment-method eligibility. Markets without an approved UbiLimo platform fee are not presented as generally available.
