Use UbiLimo only for genuine, accurately represented services
Acceptable use follows the same provider-responsibility and platform-boundary principles stated in the UbiLimo terms.
1. Genuine services
UbiLimo may be used only for genuine services already agreed between provider and passenger.
2. Request accuracy
Providers are responsible for ensuring that passenger references, journey details, fares and other payment-request information they provide are accurate and not misleading.
3. Prohibited use
Misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, harmful or security-interfering use is prohibited.
4. Payment and account rules
Use remains subject to applicable payment-provider account, payment-method, transaction and market eligibility requirements.
5. Transport responsibility
Acceptable use of UbiLimo does not transfer responsibility for the underlying transport service. Providers remain responsible for service legality, licences, permits, vehicle compliance, insurance, fare agreement, communication and fulfilment.
