Do not submit complete card credentials, bank credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Transport service
Passengers should contact the independent chauffeur or private transport provider directly about the underlying transport service, including availability, pickup, timing, route, vehicle or fulfilment.
Payment account
Payment-account onboarding, identity verification and payment-method eligibility are determined by the applicable payment provider. UbiLimo does not guarantee approval.
