Licences and permits

The provider is responsible for identifying and maintaining licences and permits applicable to its own transport operation.

There is no single licensing position that can responsibly be stated for every provider and every country.

Vehicle compliance and insurance

Vehicle compliance, commercial-use requirements and insurance remain part of the provider's transport operation rather than the payment platform's role.

Fare and payment-request accuracy

The provider agrees the service and fare directly with the passenger and is responsible for the accuracy of the payment request it creates.

Tax and invoicing

Providers remain responsible for determining and meeting their own tax, accounting and invoicing obligations.

Availability and fulfilment

The provider remains responsible for accepting the work, communicating with the passenger, supplying the agreed vehicle and chauffeur service, and resolving transport-related questions.

Payment-provider requirements

Separately, the applicable payment provider determines its own onboarding, verification and payment-method eligibility requirements.
