The customer relationship starts with the provider
In UbiLimo's intended use case, the chauffeur or private transport provider already has the passenger relationship. The platform is not used to discover or assign the passenger.
The provider agrees the transport service
The provider decides whether it can supply the service and agrees the journey and fare directly with the passenger.
UbiLimo does not dispatch a vehicle, select the chauffeur or set the transport price.
UbiLimo handles the payment-request layer
The platform focuses on creating the request, presenting the supported payment flow, exposing payment status and retaining useful payment-related operational context.
Why this narrower scope can matter
Providers who already manage their own customer network may not need another marketplace or full dispatch system. A focused payment layer can support the existing relationship without replacing it.
